MacK-Morris Beth Thomas-Edwards Inc. Realtors opened at 61 East Main Street, Holmdel, NJ in 1985. The name MacK-Morris wad derived from Mackenzie Morris Realtors, which started in Middletown N.J. the year prior with much success. Beth became partner and opened the Holmdel Office with one secretary and grew from a 30 million dollar real estate office in 1985 to over 208 million dollars in real estate sales in 2004.

Beth Thomas-Edwards, President/Broker of record and Judy Tiber Morris, vice president of MacK-Morris, are partners with a builder in this over 208 million dollar business. They have a wonderful relationship in business and as friends in a achieving their goal. Both Beth and Judy have been individually in real estate for over 25 years. They both have been acknowledged as New Jersey Million Dollar club Members, Presidents Club members and Gold Club Members, throughout their successful careers.

Our Holmdel office now has 68 salespeople. MacK-Morris Beth Thomas Edwards Realtors is number one in Sales volume for both Holmdel and Colts Neck areas through Monmouth County Multiple Listing System. Among the twentyfour MacK Morris Million Dollar Sales Club Members, we have 4 agents who were honored from the Monmouth County Board of Realtors. We have a multi-lingual office offering Korean, Chinese, Spanish, Greek, Russian and Hungarian.

Beth and Judy have targeted the high-end luxury properties to achieve these goals. They do extensive advertising in the newspaper media, high-end magazines & local publications. They were the first agency to be on the Internet to have their own web site featuring their own properties.

Most independent real estate offices have franchised in the past several years but Beth and Judy feel that they have an unique boutique office to professionally care for their clientele.
